After graduating from Victoria University with a Commerce degree in Marketing and Management, Kate turned her focus to the property industry and it didn’t take long for her to ‘catch the property bug.’

From a young age, Kate learned many valuable lessons from her developer and project manager father.

This grounding gave Kate an early understanding of the everyday challenges faced by developers. She carries this knowledge with her and draws on it in various aspects of her project marketing service.

“It’s fair to say I’ve really benefited from an early inside view of the industry – particularly in the complex areas of consenting, construction and council processes,” she says.

Kate’s background in real estate and large-scale development projects means she has a working knowledge of the end-to-end process. She is uniquely qualified to offer the niche marketing support developers require and knows the importance of monitoring crucial development equity.
